I'm expecting to see great things when I com...WooT! I'm expecting to see great things when I come visit in July!<br /><br />I'm no expert on weight loss because it's not something I ever thought I'd have to worry about. I'd always eaten just what I wanted for my whole life. Well, by the time I hit 40, I realised I was getting a belly. <br /><br />So this year I stopped buying junk food. (I still eat some if it's around, but I don't BUY it.) I still eat plenty of food so I don't feel hungry, but I'll have some fruit for a morning snack, and I cook more than I used to. I also started cycling to work, half an hour each way. I probably do that two or three days a week. So far I'm down to 92 kilos, and Ms Perfect likes the abs.<br /><br />I guess the most important thing is that you start incorporating things that you wouldn't mind doing every day. Diets and hardcore exercise won't help if they're too strenuous and you have to give them up. I fell off the wagon last week with the nasty cold weather and all, but I'm starting again tomorrow.
